We currently ship worldwide using the US Postal Service. Shipping costs and delivery time are based on your location and which shipping method you choose. Real-time shipping quotes will be provided during checkout. Please note that the shipping quotes for many items we sell are based on weight.
Once the item is shipped, we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company. Having been on the other end of shipping problems, we do understand how frustrating it can be. If you are experiencing shipping delays or a lost item, please wait a few days to see if the item shows up. If you still have not received the item, please contact us to see if we can assist you.
SHIPPING FOR URNS & PLANTERS
Chloe's House likes to reduce waste whenever we can, therefore, we often use previously shipped boxes that are in good condition to ship our urns and planters. As a result, the box may not have Chloe's House branding on the outside of the package.
All succulents will be shipped in dry soil to prevent rotting and to keep them healthy during the journey. Some dirt may become loose but rest assured the roots are firmly planted in the main portion of soil.
Any personalized, hand stamped items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
However, we do accept returns on any jewelry that is not personalized or any items that arrive to you damaged within the packaging. Please contact us within 14 days to process a return. If the return is due to damage, please send a picture of the damage to email@example.com. Once we receive the original item, we will return the amount you paid for the item (not including shipping costs). If you would prefer a repair, please check our jewelry repair policy. If you have altered the item in any way, it cannot be returned.
The amount of time it takes to receive your refund depends on how long it takes for us to receive the returned item, and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request.
